Very pleasant 7-night stay

Our 7 nights at this hotel was great. The reception and service staff were excellent. So were the housekeeping staff. It is very centrally located (but off a busy street) and close to restaurants and all modes of transport - the Metro was just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

Great location! Just 300m from MRT station. Quiet and friendly area. Clean and spacious room, great value. Mostly Japanese, Korean and Hong Kong visitors. Breakfast is fine.

　洗面の不具合はすぐに対応してくださり直していただきありがとうございました。 　設備面の問題としてはバスルーム・洗面の照明と換気扇が同じ一つのスイッチでしかon,offが切り替えられないので、寝るときに換気扇をつけるとバスルーム・洗面から室内が明るく照らされてしまうので困りました。結局、換気扇を切って寝なければなりませんでした。バスルーム・洗面に湿気がこもってしまうのが嫌でした。なぜ別々のスイッチになっていないのでしょうか。 　あと、ツインルームなのにお茶とコーヒーが各1種類一つづつなのはちょっとケチ臭いです。各2つずつセットしてほしいです。 　その他はタオル置き場の棚が落ちて来そうでした。 　ルーム清掃は特に問題はありませんでした。ベッドメイクも良かったです。 　朝食はメニュー数も揃っていて味付けもよく美味しかったです。スタッフさんたちも親切でよく動いていました。フレッシュジュースがあると大満足です。 　フロントスタッフさんもフレンドリーで良かったです。 　また今週末に利用しますので、よろしくお願いします。
