The staff here are the best thing about the place. They are fantastic and really helpful (and also spoke English well), with helpful ideas / guidelines.
However the accommodation itself is just too crammed and there is no space to move in the rooms. And I have stayed in many hostels - and still think this! You have your own bed and built into your bed area is a big locker for your luggage. I think trying to do everything whilst sitting on your bed is quit hard.
The toilets / showers are well maintained and clean. Communal area on the ground floor is nice but tendency for mosquitos to be inside most evenings as the front door slides open and closes when guests enter / exit. Communal area on the roof is nice for groups but nobody really seemed to use this area when I was there and it’s a bit run down.
