非常糟糕的旅館

一到房間拉開被子就發現床單有很長的污漬痕跡、本來想說一個晚上而已、結果從晚上10點多到凌晨12點多、樓上一直傳來蹦蹦跳跳的聲音以及小孩的尖叫笑鬧聲、即使10:30已經請旅館管理員轉達、但是依然故我、隔天早上起床、表定11點退房、我們出門去吃早餐、10:20回到房間準備收拾退房、發現整個房間已經被完全斷電、逼得我們摸黑收拾快速離開、從來沒有遇過這樣誇張的旅館、以斷電的方式逼迫房客提早退房

新しく清潔です。ウォシュレットつきで水回りはTOTO製で、安心です。壁は薄いです。フロントや食堂はないですが、観光から帰ってきてゆっくり寝るのには良いホテルだと思います。

拒絕開住宿品項發票，只願意開服務費。已向負責人表明要申請公司旅補報帳，還是堅持不開，最後跟hotels.com搞不清狀況的客服一起擺爛，只是一直說自己沒有逃漏稅。僵持不下後說明會請示總公司後處理，離開至今仍未收到半通電話或任何發票（包括先前說的服務費也沒給），讓人心情惡劣的一次住宿。
