We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful, room was clean. We enjoyed the gym pass and laundry service. The room was minimal but has all the best amenities. I will stay here again! Best part is that they have Nepresso coffee, Dyson hair dryer, great toiletry, and fresh water and snacks everyday.

It has partnership with an external gym room, which is super accessible, it also has Netflix. But the room was just too small and sound insulation was bad. Overall, very hospitable staff though.

Check in was easy and friendly speaking great English. Room had everything I needed including bottled water and an Expesso Coffee maker. Bed was comfortable, hot water in shower and great wifi. Overall an excellent stay in a great location.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very modern, clean, convenient location and super friendly staff. One downside is the rooms with the windows are quite bright in the morning as the blinds are not thick enough to block the sun light in the morning. Apart from that, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Looks are decieving. Got to be honest. From the outside it looks kind of scary. The elevator up, you dont know what to expect. But once you arrive in the lobby...a whole different setting. The staff were so welcoming. The lobby was just like in the pictures. The rooms were very clean. Central location from the night market and right next to the police station. Very safe and very convenient. We'd definitely recommend this hotel for those travelling on a budget and just need a comfy bed to sleep after an adventurous day of site seeing.

The staff was just the best, the room small but very clean and functional but need more rack or something to store your clothes but usually guests stay in Taipei only one or two day so they do not need more storage place I guess. The wall are paper thin so you could ear almost everything around, I will go again as the staff location and condition of the room was fantastic.

Location and service were good. Provision of Netflix is definitely a plus. However, wifi didn't work from the first day. There was also a dead cockroach found at the corner of my room on my last day...not sure how it had been there....

Modern clean hotel

The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. The front entrance was hard to find. The hotel was nice and clean. The room we stayed in didn't have any windows which we were aware of when we booked it. The next time we will book a room with a window. The front desk personnel was very helpful.

It was a great stay for me. The location was extremely convenient for everything especially for using the MRT. The entrance has a different vibe from the 4F Official Hotel area, be realistically poses no significant issue. Thank you (staff/team) for making the stay great!
