Good location and checkin staff nice and very helpful even when they could not speak english as i do Big room and bathroom Bit dated but very serviceable Toiletries fridge and tea facilities Only problem was bed was very hard

There are only 3 sockets. One is used for the fridge and the other for the TV. To charge your phone or whatever else you might need another socket for, tough luck. My wife said the tissue paper wasn’t great, I thought it was fine. Hotel receptionists aren’t friendly or helpful. One told my wife to Google what she wanted to know. The place is old, but for the price we can’t complain. Very convenient location and was fine for my wife and kids.

Nice central location, close to food & port

Staff were great. Beds were hard. Bath tub only; if you shower, you make a mess of the floor. Make sure you pull the door hard or it doesn’t lock.

It was very small, very, very hard beds, water on the door in the bathrooms (toilet leaking?) lots of street noises. The bathroom had a serious step up. No onsite Resturant or bar. Not what it looks like on the app.

The property looks nothing like the pictures more like 20 year old. The most important factor is safety. They still use key type lock and the lock don't seem to be strong and secure. The door is flimsy and poor too.

Pathetic Motel

Very bad & sad, we arrived late @ night not knowing the area we had to stay for the night. Bldg. is very very old, it’s suppose to be a no smoking bldg. but we smell the smoke in our room, we can be seen in the bathroom from the other bldg. walls & ceiling are very old painted like someone who can’t do the job, veining is very low my husband has to sit in the small tub to take a bath/ shower. I call this place a “ motel” ! Please take this ugly place out of your list it brings down your rating

NAOKI

基隆市政府からすぐ近くに位置するホテルです。 建物は少々古く、また部屋の防音が貧弱なため外の音がかなり聞こえてしまいます。 （滞在中に窓が空いてるのではないかと数回確認してしまいました） 立地に関しては基隆駅からは少し離れているため不便に感じますが、バスで来る場合基隆市政府止まりを選ぶとかなり便利に来ることが出来ます。基隆廟口夜市が非常に近く、他にも回りに飲食店や基隆塔があり便利に過ごすことが出来ます。 宿泊費はお手軽ですが、その分弱い点（防音・建物の作りなど）もあります。その辺りをしっかり理解したうえで選ばれれば満足できるかと思います

部屋が広く立地が良いことが最大の魅力ですが、建物の古さが目立ちます。 古いホテルによくありがちな洗濯はして普通にきれいなのですが使い込んで腰のないタオル類、バスタブは広くお湯のでもよいがシャワーカーテンがなくシャワーが飛び散るので気兼ねしながらのシャワー、トイレットペーパーを流すのはＮＧ、トイレのフロア取付部からの微かではあるが排水の漏れなど、不満点に目をつぶる寛容さがないと、ここへの宿泊はおすすめできません。 立地とコスト重視の人向けのホテルです。

電梯門一打開此樓層，空氣中充滿著煙味，連房間內也一樣，門鎖與門框的縫隙間隔過大，約用力撞擊一下，可輕易被打開，廁所跟浴室的隔離門框上方還有前前...住宿客所遺留下來的煙頭及肥皂。

房間是大，但是隔音設備很差，走廊、隔壁房和窗外的聲音都聽得到，晚上睡覺還要買耳塞，可說是雜音鐵三角的房間，外觀看起來也像是失火過沒有整理的樣子，除了地理位置絕佳和房間大有浴缸外，其他不覺得推！非不得已再去住。Not recommended.
