Clean and comfortable room located right outside Ximending subway. Staff were polite, very helpful with giving directions, and check in/out process was fuss free. Right outside is a convenient store. Value for money, will definitely come back again

The room is clean and service is good. The hotel is next to ximending station exit 2 or near exit 3 which is convenient. Just that the water bidet spray the water flow is small... and i can hear my next door neighbours voices when they speak quite loudly.

Hotel’s location is excellent, so convenient to everything, MRT stop right outside the door. Great breakfast stands right outside the hotel and small 7-11 next door. Hotel staff is very helpful, good service. Only issue we saw is that the hotel’s carpet should be replaced overall, in hallways and room we stayed at.

The double bed room with window is good and spacious. The room service and cleanliness is good too. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is construction works ongoing adjacent to the hotel and the shops in the same building are dated but it the rooms are quite sound proof. The beds are comfortable.

Great place to stay for a short trip. Location is the best, steps away from Ximen station doorway 2. Next to Ximending night market. Good and cheap breakfast place next to the hotel and 7-11 as well. Hotel staffs were great, knowledgeable and even refused my tip. Highly recommended 👌 👍

The MRT subway entrance is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient. Plenty of foods options near or around the hotel. The night market is across the street from the hotel. Staff are very courteous, helpful and fixed quickly to my room’s AC problem.

It's not a luxury hotel, but you can't beat it for the price! I am completely satisfied with my stay and I feel I definitely got my money's worth. Air conditioning worked, hot water works, elevator works, bed was clean and comfy, and they had all the essentials- microwave, safe, small teeny desk. I highly recommend for anyone on a tight budget.

Well what surprising hidden gem. Don’t be put off by the elevator being away from the hotel reception. Great sized room, very very clean. The best location for everything, Ximending shopping area, sight seeing, Ximen MRT literally at you front door. 7 Eleven next door, breakfast cafes out the front and laundry facility. Very comfortable stay, would recommend and would definitely stay again if we come back to Taipei. We did a 6 night stay.

Location was great. It's near the exit 2 Ximending Station. Front counter were all very friendly. Overall the room was fine and clean. The downside was the room i booked was without window. It feels a little stressed and you wont know if its morning or night. Also the water heater takes a little long to heat up.

Location is excellent, literally seconds away from exit 2 of ximending station. Facility and amenities wise, is really just sufficiently good for stay. E.g., no gym, swimming pool, etc. Room is also rather small for quadruple room, hardly any space to walk after putting luggage to a side. There was a point where cold water for bath/wash was cut off due to maintenance without advance notice. Guest wasn't informed as well, and we had to call to query about the issue.

Clean Room n Excellent Hotel Staff

The location cannot be faulted. Best location just right outside mrt Ximen. Those with luggage n prefer escalators can use exit 3. There’s also a bus stop right in front with various buses that take you places. Walking distance just cross traffic lights to Ximending. The front counter staff were very friendly n polite, especially Arthur who had been most helpful with my queries. The room was kept in excellent clean condition by the housekeeping team. 2 bottles of water provided with daily cleaning. Kettle with tea n coffee packets in the room too. Aircon n shower water pressure were good. TV has many channels. Strong wifi in room that can stream YouTube effortlessly. My room type came with no window but alright for me. Room safe not working so I didn’t use it (room 1225). The bathroom had slight sewerage smell but bearable so I don’t bother to change room. Also do note the soundproof not that great. Lucky my room was a corner room so barely can hear any noise. Do ask for a corner room if you are noise averse. For the price point it’s a good place to stay overall. Though the carpet outside the room were stained n dirty looking and the lifts floors were a bit cracked but don’t let it deter you from staying here if you just need a comfortable place to go back to rest after the convenient outings from this hotel.

The address to the property still leading to the old unit. Took a while to figure out where it is. Reception area looks promising but the hotel is actually pretty old and run down where we have to go through a back alley to the rooms. Room is spacious but as it's a very old unit, the carpet is very dusty with a damp smell. The location of the hotel is very strategic (opposite Ximen Ding) and the price is reasonable. With a slightly higher budget, you can get a better condition hotel.

The hotel is in a great location which is right next to the MRT station and it's only 1 station away from Taipei main station with all the shopping, food, and transportation options. There's also a lot of shopping and dining right across the street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Coin laundry is available on the ground level which is a plus. Will definitely stay there again.
