The property was in a convenient and walkable location, but there were several challenges we encountered during our stay that left me dissatisfied overall: -there’s no reception desk or clear signage to find the property. Note that this is more of an Airbnb type space—this is fine, but this wasn’t made clear via the listing, and in retrospect, I think the price point set is too high for what was offered. The instructions sent over were written only in Chinese, which made it more difficult to navigate as an English speaker and reader -there was no hot water during our stay. This was flagged to us in advance and they said we needed to give it at least 15 minutes, but we tried for at least 30 minutes with no success -while the building is not directly located on a big street, there was still a lot of noise throughout the evening that made it a little difficult to sleep -customer service in response to the lack of hot water has been challenging and subpar, as they only seem to respond to Chinese and can’t issue direct refunds via Expedia for some reason (bank info or app account was requested to send payment, but I don’t have any accounts that allow me to easily receive payment in Asia as a traveler. As of now, have not heard back from them or received any refund. Overall, the space itself was fine, but service was lacking and you could get much better elsewhere with same cost.

房間位於巷子安靜房間也乾淨，唯獨熱水要開很久且水有點小。附近吃的很多，開車來停車要碰運氣，附近停車位有點少，以房價來說CP值高。

無人招待的民宿， 主人會在入住前聯絡check in方法，非常親切 要步行樓梯两層才會到第一層的客房，行李箱較重的客人要注意， 門口要換上室內拖鞋，不過有住客會把換好的鞋周處放 浴室有一點點少，較介意浴室廁所空間的客人要注意 隔音一般，晚上會不時聽到駛入小巷的機車引擎聲

舒服又乾淨的環境，對小孩很友善的空間

基本上什麼都好，沒啥好挑剔的，唯獨停車需要碰碰運氣，才能停到比較近的位置；另外，進門後沒有電梯，對於有大件行李的旅客比較吃力一點！！

1.房價超便宜 2.隔音很好 聽到工作人員說這晚有一群高中生入住時，原本心涼了一截（怕吵XD）結果隔音意外的好，在房間內完全聽不到隔壁房間的聲音，一夜好眠～ 2.乾淨，備品充足，有提供牙刷、沐浴乳、洗髮乳及大毛巾 3.工作人員親切介紹可以去哪裡玩 4.床很軟 5.入住雙人房，浴室空間迷你，一人使用剛剛好，馬桶跟蓮蓬頭就在隔壁（洗手台在外面） 6.附近約1、200公尺的地方就有Bar，很適合我XD

這次住宿的這間房型是頂樓，優點是很安靜，不會被其他住客吵到，缺點就是要爬樓梯，如果行李較多的話就要多爬幾次，整體環境很舒適，價格也很漂亮，如果下次再住的話，會選這間!
