おしゃれな小空間

台南駅からは離れているが、近くにコンビニや食堂もあり便利。宿の構造がおしゃれに工夫されていて、窓の光も気持ち良く部屋で気持ち良く過ごせた。ただ上階の足音などがひびいて夜など気になるときもある。

民家風建物で町中に滞在できる

民家をリノベーションしたという造りで、広いフロントやエレベータは無いものの、部屋は充分に広く、設備も快適です。付近にはすぐ近くにコンビニ、食堂などがあり、商店街やスーパー、YouBikeのステーションも10分程度の徒歩圏内にあります。台南駅からは少し離れていますが、路地裏を散策するような町中に滞在できるところです。また、スタッフも大変親切丁寧に対応してくれました。ホテルの場所は2箇所あり、徒歩で数分程度離れているので、場所は事前に確認が必要です。

能帶狗狗入住的友善民宿

因為提供寵物入住而選擇了此民宿。從下訂前到入住後，都得到民宿主人很友善的協助。 我們是在入住上午就已經抵達台南，雖然有規劃行程，但因為疫情＋雷雨特報，所以詢問民宿可否讓我們待在一樓等check in時間，主人很爽快地答應，甚至實際到達後，跟我們說清潔人員已經整理好房間，讓我們可以進房休息。對於旅人來說，從快下雨的悶熱午後，到踏入有涼爽的空調房間，並可以好好坐下休息，真的是感動到不行。（我知道我們的行為是奧客，但想跟大家說民宿主人很樂於幫助客人......） 這次居住的「L301森活四人房」，床墊雖然是薄型的，但對於旅行的人來說，已經很舒適，一躺上去就入睡。浴室方面，熱水來得快，水溫比家裡還舒服。插座的部分，在上層床兩邊都有，下層也有提供4個插座。wifi很穩定。 兩個小擔憂是因為帶著寵物才會發生的：隔間隔層較薄，聽得到房客腳步聲但不一定聽得到房裡說話聲音的程度；可是我們有帶狗狗，所以狗狗走來走去的腳步聲跟偶爾叫一聲，不知道會不會影響同天入住的其他旅客，這點真的對民宿還有其他客人覺得很抱歉。另一個是因為狗狗不能上床（注重衛生這點真的覺得規定得很棒！寵物友善不等於可以不尊重其他旅客的住宿品質～），原本想說可以在下層跟狗狗睡地板，但...適應的不是很好，所以有意帶狗狗入主此房型的人，如果想陪狗狗睡同層，需要自備枕頭、軟墊、棉被等自己需要的寢具，才能在遵守並尊重其他人的情況下，保有自己舒適的休息。 總之，真的是很棒的一次體驗!!!謝謝民宿!!!

早めに荷物を預かってもらえたのは良かったが、チェックインの場所と宿泊場所が異なる事を前日の確認で知らされた。場所が異なるならば、わかりやすく表記してほしいです。 部屋はおしゃれな内装でしたが、窓のない一階の部屋だったため、湿気と臭いがきつく、残念でした。

很好很好的民宿體驗

旅館很早便主動跟我們聯絡，以便順利入住。由於晚上八時才到，她便教用密碼取得預先藏好的鎖匙，從而開門入房，房間如圖片一樣大，還有很多玩具，寧靜，地板用品毛巾玩具很乾淨，但枱面則不潔。孩子很喜歡滑梯、滑梯、樹屋和大床，由於來晚了，晚上不能好好的玩（因爲怕產生噪音），幸而房東給我們留至下午一時，所以我們能在早上玩得很順快。 孩子玩得太高興經常撞到，如果全部邊位都有包邊就好啦！ 雖然沒有提供早餐，但不遠處已有7-11和小店，孩子都愛吃！ 不同房型可能去不同地址的民宿。我住的是親子房，在西門⋯⋯如果駕車，可以先放好行李後，再往前行一丁點，靠右有一個小型公眾停車場，很方便。 台南很多很多店舖都不收信用卡，台南機場換錢要收TWD$100手續費，星期六日銀行又關門，要注意！ 奇美博物館很美，十鼓更是合家歡的地方，很值得預留二天去玩。

思い出に残る旅行になりました！！

レトロな建物をきれいに改装した部屋は、とてもかわいらしく清潔で、ベランダからは近隣の住民の方々の憩いの場となっている公園が見え、親子共々リラックスして過ごすことができました。治安も良いです。 徒歩圏内に朝から晩まで開いている食堂がいくつもあり、神農街、武聖夜市も歩いて行けました。コンビニも徒歩1分にセブンイレブンがあります。 そして、スタッフの方々が皆さんとても優しくて親切！！心配りが素晴らしく感動しました。家族のように接してくれたマネージャーの女性にはたくさん助けて頂き、感謝です。 また帰ってきたいと思わせてくれる、とっても素敵な場所でした。 I highly recomend this hotel. The building is old Taiwan style and the room is so clean. All staff is nice and helpful. There are some restaurants and convenience store near by. defenately stay again.

房間很大很整潔，但有以下缺點： 1.上到2樓要爬十多級不太寬的樓梯，如帶行李箱會不方便。 2.民宿就在大馬路旁，隔音很差，整晚都被車聲騷擾。 3.可能到了夏天，房間有蚊子。

Can only park in street if you drive, but only a few parking available and tainan is very strict in street parking, room is clean but many insects as it is an old house. Very good experience living here with tainan old house local culture. They have few receptions and building, did not know we are living in another building nearby on first floor only stairaccess.

一個很不錯的老公寓選擇

老公寓中改建成民宿的形式大概已經是台南這類住宿的普遍樣式，這裡乾淨，方便，老公寓，衛浴周全都是好處，入住時小幫手建議了許多好吃的很是熱心，但僅有入住時有小幫手是最自由也最神奇的現象了:)

台南の街に解け込むように泊まるなら

とにかくスタッフの方が親切。 台南に初めて訪れる方もリピーターの方も中国語があまり上手くなくても臆することなく行きたいところやしたいことを相談してみてください。 根気よく聞いてくれるし繰り返し聞いてもちゃんと応えてくれるから。 まだ見ぬ台南の魅力も紹介してくれるかも‼ 楽しい旅の思い出をくれるそんな場所です。

有意思的文青老宅

文青風格很有特色，民宿位置有點難找，開車比較不方便，因為老宅隔音比較不好，一大早房客進進出出都很大聲，在房間說話也只敢悄悄話怕被外面的人聽見，整體上很喜歡房子本身，下次會考慮住二館。

小ぢんまりとした、かわいいホテル

古くからの建物をリノベーションしたホテルで、昔の良さと今のモダンさが綺麗に融合していた。 周囲は静かで、靴をホテルの玄関で脱ぐので、特に日本人にとっては、くつろげる空間であった。廊下も、壁も、インテリアも落ち着きがあって、かわいい。 ホテルの人は皆親切で、おすすめされた徒歩5分圏内のお店はどこもすばらしく、美味しかった。 ・夜遅くまでやってる地元の飯屋「戽斗米糕」はいろいろ食べた中でベストの定食屋。オムレツなどもおいしい。 ・虱目魚のお粥がとてもおいしい「阿星鹹粥」 ・おまかせ台南家庭料理コースがリーズナブルに楽しめる「筑韾居」は予約してもらえるし、中にあった歴史博物館のような特別なギャラリーにも案内して教えてもらえた。 ・近所のギャラリーショップ「放放堂」の店員にオススメされた香港風の味付けのカフェ「火星」 ・水仙宮市場付近で朝、列のできている「民権路飯糰」（揚げパン入りのおこわおにぎりは意外でとてもおいしい） など……ここの周囲は、おいしい食事に事欠かない。 また、レンタル自転車T-bikeのステーションにも近く、とても便利だった。 駅からは一見遠く思えるが、自転車移動が中心なら、むしろ台南市内を周遊しやすく、静かでとても便利な立地といえる。台南の夜市で最もローカルでディープな武聖夜市も徒歩圏内で、歴史的な安平にも自転車で行きやすい。 難点を挙げるとしたらひとつだけ、浴室に小さなアリが巣でも作っていたのか、まるで同居してるみたいな状態になったのが少しだけ気になったけれど、ここの快適さからしたら、大した問題ではない。

Very Welcoming and Cosy Stay

A boutique style accommodation off the main road, yet still in walking distance to shopping and eating hubs. We were lucky to meet the hospitable owner, friendly manager and staff. We had a great time staying at this place, a highlight of our trip in Taiwan. Highly recommended.
