Really loved our stay at this property! Spacious room and love balcony. Small hotel that was perfect for our family and the area was wonderful to walk around and explore. The spa was a lovely bonus although we didn’t realize it wasn’t a service spa until our last day so we weren’t able to use it as much. We also didn’t realize we had to reserve for the restaurant and weren’t able to eat there one of the evenings, but got pizza from across the street and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and it was very peaceful. Also great black out blinds!

Really nice hotel, we didn't get the room we booked so it was smaller than we were expecting, but it was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and faced the rear of the property. Good car park with a code so it felt very safe.

Lovely area and hotel

Very nice hotel with nice poolarea - and a wellness area. Note that you only have 30 minutes spa included. We had a room for four- very nice and big with a balcony and a good sleepingcouch. Nice area - dont miss a walk in the winefields just next to the hotel - no need to book a tour, you can just take a walk up the hill and enjoy a magnificient view of the valley and the river. And - there is free parking - just ask in the reception

Parking conveniently in courtyard if hotel. Pool small but nice. Paintwork in rooms a bit tired, and doorless shower meant water went everywhere. Room looked over a road with more noise than expected at night. Nice orange juice squeezing machine at breakfast.

Aus unserer Sicht hat dieses Hotel die vier Sterne nicht verdient. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir reisen sehr viel, und dieses Hotel hat absolut nicht unseren Anforderungen entsprochen. Ein Hotel, das direkt am Rhone Radweg liegt und keine vernünftigen, trockenen und sicheren Parkplätze für Fahrräder bietet, disqualifiziert sich wohl von selbst. Auch auf gezielte Nachfrage, ob es nicht doch eine Möglichkeit gebe, unsere Räder sicher unterzustellen (wir wären ja auch gewillt gewesen, dafür zu bezahlen), gab sich das Personal keine Mühe, eine Lösung für uns zu finden. Eine so enttäuschende Erfahrung haben wir bis jetzt auf der gesamten Reise noch nicht erlebt. Darüber hinaus konnte man die Dusche nicht so einstellen, dass das Wasser von oben auf einen strahlte, sondern der Strahl kam, direkt auf einen zu, da der Duschkopf nur Hochkant stehen konnte. Dies verursachte, dass das Wasser direkt an die gegenüberliegende Badezimmerwand spritzte und das Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt hätte. Die einzige Möglichkeit zu duschen, bestand darin, die Brause manuell über sich zu halten. Dies ist möglich, erwarte ich aber nicht in einem vier Sterne Hotel. Auch, dass es am Waschbecken nur einen leeren Seifenspender gibt, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Und es ist nicht meine Aufgabe, das Hotelpersonal darauf hinzuweisen. So etwas ist im Vorfeld zu überprüfen.

Hidden gem of a property. Lovely and helpful staff. Had a light meal at the restaurant which was beautifully presented. Enjoyed using the gym, but could be improved by some drinking water in the fridge and some towels. Rooms could be improved by ceramic cups rather than disposable ones for tea and coffee. Otherwise perfect. Nice safe parking in enclosed courtyard. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Vers uit de tuin.

Je ziet dat het ooit een prachtig hotel was. Eerlijk gezegd is het nu een beetje vergane glorie. Alleen de ontbijtzaal l, het terras en het zwembad is up tp date. Verder ligt overal vloerbedekking en ruikt het een beetje bedompt. En is het gewoon een beetje versleten. Leuk feitje; toen ik er was ging de kok verse thijm uit de tuin knippen. Dat vond ik erg leuk om te zien.
