“La habitación era muy vieja y faltaba cambiar cortinas, camas, sabanas y sofas. Aunque no era notablemente sucia no dio la sensación de estar limpia. Las sofas tenia muchas manchas por ejemplo. Las cortinas tampoco cerraban bien. ”

“We have been here a few times. Usually the property is clean but this time around there was a lingering smell of sweat & smoke in the room. The reception host was also impatient & condescending when I called to inform them that we will be checking in late. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We have an awesome time on Mt. Ruapehu.”
