We stayed in a Classic Suite - loved the extra space, extra half bath, and being able to partition the bed from the living space. Room was spotless, breakfast buffet was nice. The location was great, walkable to museums and restaurants along the pleasant urban tree lined pedestrian greenway.

old but a good hotel with perfect location. Enjoyed our 23rd Anniversary trip. And it seems that they have considered what i have asked for. place to park too. good for rent a car traveler.

Hotel is at a great location, but hotel feels outdated. Beds were hard which made things uncomfortable. Parking is a shared lot with public parking which made it hard to find a spot when we arrived around 3PM. Staff were very friendly and helpful which was a plus. The rooms all water bottles so you can fill it with filtered/boiled water making it hassle free.

This place is very convenient, close to the shopping areas. There is a park in front of the hotels with a lot of trees and various flowers. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Value-for-Money Hotel in Taichung

Despite the hotel is a bit aged (as you can tell from its overall deco and fallen-off wall paper), it has been properly managed and rooms are clean and tidy. Furthermore, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location wise it is perfect as it is situated close by Sogo Shopping Mall and the National Science Museum. The only minor complain I have is the bed is a bit too soft, other than that every is good.

Great Location, great staff, great environment, free parking, but... very firm mattress... It was so firm that I only slept for 3 hours and woke up with lower back pain. And there were gaps between the curtain and the window so it's quite bright in the morning.

An average hotel needs minor updates

It’s an older hotel. Need to do some minor touch up in the room and public area in order to keep up with other hotels. But it is in a great location with green walkways everywhere. Reasons room rate. Check in time wasn’t flexible and not enough seats in the lobby causing inconvenience. Otherwise, it was an ok hotel. Thank you.
