Relaxing Stay

We are a family of three with a young child. We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to Taichung. It’s a beautiful and well kept property with friendly staff and a wide range of facilities. Perfect for a short getaway from the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hot spring pool in the bathroom was a nice touch and allowed us to enjoy hot spring in private. What I like about the hotel is that it is very family friendly. Most of the hot springs and pools are open to kids. There’s also an indoor play area for kids. We had dinner and breakfast at the buffet style restaurant. The variety was great but the taste was just average. Overall speaking, we enjoyed our stay there and would love to stay longer if we had the time.

When we checked in，staff were not friendly，not very welcoming. We were a group of four，in a room with a spa tub，but it’s not working at all. We had the staff to check it and fix it. But still not working, we couldn’t fill the tub with water. It’s disappointing!

A good choice for locals

it is probably a good place if you are not considering to go out of the hotel for a few days and enjoy the services offered inside. The photos from the hotel appear to be out of date. The actual condition of the hotel is not as optimal as it looks on the pictures. There are not enough power outputs in the room to charge devices, the bathtubs are sort of clean but things are breaking due to poor maintenance. The wooden spoon for the bathtub was cracked, the water drainer or stopper was not properly attached to the chain which made it difficult to drain the water. Small things like that which could be improved. Nevertheless, the experience was acceptable if you visit with the family and are thinking about enjoying the buffets and other services offered in the hotel. The location is remote so perhaps not for tourists but for locals who want to enjoy time away from the routine.

我們在下午一點左右就已經check-in，但櫃檯人員卻未能在16：00 （已經比較晚了）準時幫我們安排好房間；反之，比我們晚到的旅客，卻已經順利入住，這一點讓我感覺不太滿意。 基本上，房間（四人房）尚可，空間不會太侷促，插座也夠多，浴缸很大，也夠深。 而大眾池有各種溫度可以泡，湯池和更衣間的清潔度也不錯（個人未到裸湯體驗）。但有個小插曲是，有位遊客未戴泳帽，卻未見飯店人員制止。 最後，飯店的遊樂區設備已老舊，以這樣的房價，應添購更好的遊樂設施。
