We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The room is spacious and comes with a in-unit washer machine, which is convenient if you need to do laundry. Rooms are clean and the staff are nice. We will come back if we are in the area again.

這次安排的房間不是很喜歡，因爲樓層太低，然後半夜樓上的住客又ㄧ直有拖椅子跟東西ㄧ直掉到地板的撞擊聲，整個晚上噪音ㄧ堆，讓我這次入住的品質很差，入住時櫃檯小姐並未說明早餐供應時間直到10點，我進去吃早餐時已經9:34分，服務人員才跟我說用餐到10點而已，我整個傻眼，整個沒什麼吃到就離開，整個用餐感覺就也不很好，房間內的浴巾也是隨便折一折一看就不是應有水準，有提供咖啡機卻沒有提供喝咖啡用的杯子，這就奇怪了，連杯子也沒有，這次的住宿體驗太差了。

Villa 房型私隱度很高，房間很大，不怕被鄰房噪音滋擾，從車搬行李進入房間很方便，冷氣很充足，整體很舒適。早餐食物多元化，如果有水煮蛋就更好。美中不足是是晚上有一些小蟲子會飛進房間。

飯店位於烏日 成功車站步行約10分鐘 附近環境清幽 綠化區頗多 我們選擇住 villa 房 房間內就有私人浴缸浸浴 飯店本身有 gym room 付費岩盆浴及免費裸湯 （星期一休）另外還有自助洗衣乾衣房 就是晚飯沒太多選擇 但可以 uber eats 唯一有點不滿是 check in 櫃台是有2個工作人員 一位在處理客人入住 另一位則在處理電腦我們需要等差不多5分鐘 另一櫃檯都差不多完成才幫助我們辦理入住… 而且我們詢問飯店餐廳食晚飯的情況 前台也給了錯的此指示… 服務不太周到

住宿環境很好，但員工訓練不足，退房時遺漏物品在床上，當天立馬反應明確告知位置房間和退房時間，說要詢問房務，一小時後簡訊表示沒有看到，隔天打電話詢問服務人員完全沒有交接這件事，再次說明後說會再回電但再次落空，連續幾天打電話詢問，每次都重複說明但每次都像是第一次聽到協助尋找的需求，也每次都沒下文。感覺完全是敷衍了事，飯店當然沒有保管客人物品的義務，如果不想協助大可直接表明遺留物品會直接丟棄不會幫忙保留。不應假意有交接。

給電磁爐沒有鍋子、給烘碗機沒有碗筷、給烤箱沒有防燙夾、房間一堆空櫃子不知道做什麼用，把自己塞進去？唯一有用的是冰箱，哦對！還有洗衣機，旁邊貼著不能用一般洗衣精，要用專門的，但怎麼取得專門洗衣精沒說，自己去一樓櫃台問了才知道，一包10元。 不知道住這房型的意義在哪，去民宿附電磁爐起碼也會給個鍋子用，房間附這個設備理當會要有配套的工具啊，而且完全沒有事前通知這些都要自備，這真的是無言。 我到一樓櫃台詢問，請問房間裡沒有附鍋子？ 櫃台回答 嗯 沒有鍋子，我真的是傻眼...😳
