I am always happy with the treatment I received from the staff, the room quality is great, and I love the breakfast. Location is awesome to with it being close to the train station and many other spots I like to visit. I have stayed with this hotel every time I come to Taichung and will continue to stay there on up coming trips.

Overall, the hotel is conveniently located, and I was satisfied with the staff’s service and attitude. However, the room was quite small, and the bed could only be accessed from one side. The bathroom was also not ideal—the bathtub was too high and water easily spilled onto the floor, which could be unsafe. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement.

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionists, Linda and Cliff, were especially friendly, polite, and super helpful. They even went out of their way to help us check restaurant availability, which we really appreciated. Another big plus was the 24-hour self-service laundry, very convenient and easy to use. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was not included so we didn’t try. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit stuffy but was clean. The bathroom is very small and so is the toilet. You can barely close the door when you sit down on the toilet. The toilet seat is so small that you can barely feel you have enough space.
