- Manager was kind and room was clean. - Breakfast was cheap but simple. - The hotel was located near the train tation, so it was very coveient to use pulic tranportation.

this is one of those converted apartments into hotels. the layout of this hotel is a bit unusual, so as rhe room. it has all the basics, and clean room.

A well designed and clean hotel. Located in the center of the city, within walking distance of the main station, shops and restaurants. There is also a famous tourist attraction (Miyahara) right across the street from the hotel. I came from Japan on a family trip and it was a very comfortable stay.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Refund Request Dear Expedia / 53 Hotel Name, On our second day, the air-conditioning in our room was not working. Despite our request for a room change, we were only provided with a fan. As the situation was unacceptable, we decided to check out early. When we asked for a refund, we were told we must go through Expedia, and the staff’s response was extremely rude. This experience left me very disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia’s service. Due to this incident, I will not consider using Expedia for my future bookings unless the matter is resolved promptly. I request a full refund for the unused nights of our stay. Kindly respond to this matter urgently.

A common Hotel

53 Hotel is a common standard, I stayed 2 nights with breakfast provided, staff are fine & helpful. I was assigned to the room 210 which is generally for disabled or wheelchair person, so some equipment & installation were not suited for normal guests & not convenient for me such as water basin fixed location & shower hub were dissatisfied so it brought me trouble on staying. Overall assessment was a common hotel.
