It was our first time in Morocco and it was perfect! This was due to our stay at this hotel: the staff were fabulous and extremely friendly as well as helpful; the resort speaks for itself, it is identical to the images online; the beach is one of a kind. They were also very helpful in terms of booking an airport transfer for us meaning our way home was hassle-free. The location of the resort is very central in-between two local towns (tamraght and tagazhout) and are very much in walking distance. Special mentions to Oumaima, Rida and Habib for making our stay so enjoyable, we would love to come back again!

Staff was really nice, hotel was accessible and clean. Food wasn’t great besides the Moroccan restaurant which wasn’t included in the half board. The main issue seemed to be the communication amongst the staff, we were told a lot of different things by different people, super inconsistent. This wasn’t anyone’s fault, again, staff was lovely, spa was great, but there were lots of little things, missing towels in room often, the bar not serving cocktails when more than a few people are in there, etc. Not a 5 star hotel at all but it wasn’t bad, won’t be staying here again though.

A lot of style but not a lot of substance. A hotel of this calibre is missing a lot of standard things. Usually there’d be in room bathroom amenities, but there was none. I requested the shower gel to be filled up on 4 separate occasions but was never done. The kettle didn’t work even again after I reported in multiple occasions. One day they didn’t replace the towels and I had to report twice before we got them. Ordered some ice and a corkscrew on room service the first night, never arrived. The bedsheets were bobbly and rough. Beautifully designed and the breakfast was nice, but there’s a lot to be desired. Beautiful pool area, lovely bar seating, great location. Just needs some of the basics to be worked up to make it a great stay.

Breakfast was ok, could have been more fresh fruit etc… Pool was great, large and four options and a beautiful view. Dinner was quite poor, food was often cold or at best lukewarm, really disappointing. Included for us as half board but otherwise £40pp which was extortionate given the quality.

Loved the location, rooms are well designed, and layout great too. However it missed on so many details. The check-in was crazy slow, the towels hard, the shower ran hot&cold, only tiny bottles of drinking water in the room, hugely variable staff and service levels, and poor half-board dining options. It feels a bit tired too, maybe good for a couple of nights but not for a real holiday.
