호텔 내의 편의 시설은 좋습니다. 그러나, 룸안에 물 먹기 불편하고, 와이파이가 결여 되 있고, 가장 힘들었던것은 호텔 입구 찾기 매우 힘들었습니다. 정문이라해서 들어가려 했더니, 반대쪽으로 가라 해서 반대쪽으로 갔는데 잘 보이지 않는곳에 리셉션이 있었다 이곳은 일반적인 한국기준으로 콘도형태이며, 회원이 적어 이익사업을 한다는 느낌을 받았습니다.

wow great place. nice digs, good food, 711 at street level. Floor 5 is actually floor 4 (4 is not a good number apparently). Room was adequate, pillows had mites. Shower required a pull n the stop to operate, not a full refrigerator but it was cold, balcony was great, sliding doors were cool, tv selection was abysmal.

Disappointing Stay

The check in was a bit leanghty as the guards at the gate didn’t let us in, we were told to go to another gate. The property is really for families with own transport and it’s definitely not hotel like. Nice kitchen with a non-stocked refrigerator. Many rules from their side but not very responsive to customer complaints. I booked a room with one Queen and one Single bed. The “Queen” was two single beds pushed against each other. When I complained I was told that this room was like that... but if I wanted a king sized bed then I have to upgrade at my cost.... very surprising! When I insisted I was told that the property wasn’t a hotel and was apartments. I thought that was a lame excuse and very defensive. Otherwise looking at the positive side the reception area was nice nice and the property well kept. The rooms requires bit of maintenance and upkeep, the verandah was nice but it would have been nice to have two chairs instead of only one. The TV channels were international and good variety. I asked to see the manager but was told she was on leave. Feedback always facilitates improvement....

We stayed in Junior Suite first weekend of 2019. Place and Location is okay. We arrived around 12nn and front desk informed us that check-in is at 2pm but if we wanted to check in earlier we need to pay additional 1k. I said we’ll wait and go back. The front desk also advised if room is ready they will send a message. We ate at Taza Mia and food was great and service is also okay. We went out to buy some stuffs at the grocery store and went back around 2pm. The same guy who assisted us said he forgot to message us that the room is ready. Since it’s already 2pm I am expecting room is really ready. The key of the room is missing and have to wait another 15mins. They were apologetic of course but point is I thought room is ready? When we got to the room there’s no hangers, only 1 chair available. I am not sure if this is the same experience with others but I hope not. The place is really peaceful and quiet but the front desk needs a little orientation on how to accomodate the guest well. There were other Hotels that can accomodate early check ins without additional fee or say even at least before 2pm. I felt the stay was not relaxing as I expected if not because of the cold weather and place. I will give another try and see if its going to be the same.

Great room

I love how big the room is. I love that the kitchen is complete with microwave, refrigerator, stove and heater. The ambiance of the room is so relaxing. Good bed and pillows. One thing I noticed was everytime we open the faucet there’s a bit of a smell in it. But overall we had a great stay!
