High quality for a reasonable price.

Ideal location for the centre of the town and about a 15 minute walk to the viewpoint for Lake Taal and the Taal volcano. Staff were very attentive, ultra polite. It was not busy during the duration of my stay but I do wonder how the very small cafe would cope at busier times.

Despite the fact we were there due to my father being in the hospital, discovering this gem within a stone's throw away made the ordeal less stressful & taxiing. The staff were wonderful and the amenities were on par for Western accommodations. The grandkids and us adults were able to still explore and enjoy our vacation, but still be nearby our dad to take care of him. We'd book again there and will recommend them to family & friends!

Halfway House Getaway for family of 4

Quick stay and halfway house for a wedding event. We booked Quest Hotel Tagaytay because of its convenient location next to malls and 2 major routes to Tagaytay and back to Manila. We got in at 10am but the one man front desk was able to quickly facilitate our check-in. They also took and acted on my request for 1 bedroom to have 2 single beds for our grown-up children. Service is great with the hotel despite some amenities getting a bit old and tired such as the towels. Breakfast operated by Baker J’s is so-so. Don’t get fooled by the special beef tapa. Hotel needs to put-up blackout curtains which cover the fill windows instead of roller shades which has gaps that lets the the sunrise come-in and wake you up at 6:00am. Choose the mall facing rooms so you won’t hear the roosters in the small barrio across the Serin Rd. Overall, great experience with staff and happy without stay!

Toilet flushes but the waste floats back. Shower area was dirty. Bathroom smelled. Layout of bathroom was very bad. You have to enter the shower before you can access the toilet bowl because the door is in the way. The coffee sachets tasted awful. The telephone can be used only by going through the front desk. There was no room-to-room calls.

Being just few steps to Flora Mall and Serin Mall is very convenient. Staff were polite. Didn't like the floor being sticky and felt not clean walking barefoot (no hotel slippers provided). Dining room was cozy but small, hence no room for buffet breakfast.

We liked how central everything felt. Sober was a short taxi away and many sights were close. Good location and great staff. The follow through with the staff on room cleanliness need improvement. The first room we were put in was dusty and smelled mildly of mildew, the sheets were not clean either and my wife had an asthma attack sure to the mold and dust. We were moved to another room up a few floors and have had a great experience since
