We've stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is across the street from the train station to Zermatt, which is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room comes with a kitchenette. The hallway has planty off closets space. The food at the restaurant was delicious. There is an underground parking garage for 12 SF. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This stopover was part of our European road trip, so stayed at 5 other hotels along the way. Room & shower facilities were nice and we managed to watch England play on the TV where other hotels did not have British channels. The only disappointing factor was that our room overlooked the staff car parking, the bins and smokers which wasn't very pleasant. Informed reception who accepted our feedback and would make improvements. Other than this, lovely hotel/restaurant.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else for access to Zermatt. The hotel is impeccable. This year there is a new shuttle service to Zermatt. Immaculate vehicles with very friendly and very informative drivers. It made a huge difference to the shuttle train and less expensive.
