Lights of the unit were off from the evening of the arrival day till check out. No one responded after leaving messages to their so called emergency line. One of rooms heating was off at the same time. We had to sleep on the floor of the living room. Terrible experience

청결 관리가 부족해요.

청소상태가 불량합니다. 아기도 있었는데 거실,방바닥이 너무 더럽네요. 매일 물걸레질 했고요, 적어도 진공 청소기라도 비치 하셨으면 합니다. 마당은 잡풀로 무성해서 나가기가 싫을 정도였습니다. 미리미리 제초를 부탁드려요. (한옥이라 그러려니 했지만 관리가 제대로 안 되는것 같았읍니다)

체크인 전에 미리와도 할 거리들이 로비에 많아서 좋았고 직원분들도 친절하셨어요 불멍도 너무 좋고 블루투스 스피커도 잘 사용했습니다! 특히 화장실이랑 정수기 너무 좋아요...! 근데 침구에 날벌레들이 좀 있고 근처에 식당이나 볼거리들이 없는건 좀 아쉬웠어요

독채인듯 독채아닌 호텔

독채 한옥이라 풍광도 좋고 운치 있었습니다. 불멍할 수 있는 거, 웰컴푸드와 웰컴티 같은 것도 마음에 들었고요. 근데 독채라 조용할거라 생각했는데 완전 독채는 아니더라고요. 옆 방?이라고 해야하나 옆 한옥과 일부가 붙어 있었는데 방음이 잘 안되는지 새벽까지 시끄러웠어요. 잠을 제대로 못잘 정도로 옆 한옥에서 웃고 떠드는 소리가 들리더라고요. 소음에 예민하다면 비추입니다. 그리고 호텔인데.....재활용품 분리수거를 투숙객이 해야하는 게 좀 그렇더라고요 숙박비가 저렴한 것도 아닌데 말이죠.

조용한 쉼이 필요할 때 좋은 곳!

깨끗하고 조용하고 직원분들은 모두 친절하십니다. 반려견과 같이 갔는데 독립된 공간에 마당도 있고, 불멍도 너무 좋았고, 오분거리에 의항해수욕장이 있어서 산책하기 너무 좋았어요. 노트북이 있는 백팩을 두고 왔는데 서울에 도착해서 알아서 전화드리니 바로 택배로 보내주시고 너무 감사합니다. 조용히 쉴 수 있는 곳이예요! 또 이용하겠습니다~

소원면에 위치한 의항해수욕장과 걸어서 해변을 갈 수 있다는 게 참 좋았습니다. 바다를 마주 보고 있는 한옥 독채라서 더 새롭게 다가왔어요~ 프런트 응답 빠르고 친절합니다.! 객실 컨디션과 침구류 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 가족들과 또는 연인이 고요한 바닷소리와 라운지에서 제공하는 휴식 프로그램으로 몸도 마음도 힐링을 할 수 있는 곳이라 다시 재방문 하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

우리집 막둥이 댕댕이와 떠난 한옥여행

요즘 시대에 한옥 인테리어 찾기 힘든데 태안 여행 온 김에 탼 한옥비치리조트에서 경험해 보니 색다르네요. 한옥 독채를 사용할 수 있다는 게 큰 메리트였습니다. 댕댕1 객실 이용했는데 객실 내부에 반려견을 위한 욕조에 노즈워크, 배편판, 스프레이까지 준비 되어있어서 견주로써는 아주 흡족했습니다. 호텔 앞에 라이프스타일 샵도 있는데 애견 간식까지 있는거 보고 미소가 절로~ 나오더라구요! 저의 뽀꾸와 함께한 밤 불멍도 추억이 되었어요. 참. 리뷰에 문 소리 때문에 걱정했는데 바로 조취를 취하셨는지 잠금장치가 있었습니다. 견주라면 한번쯤은 경험 해볼만한 한옥 펫룸! 추천합니다. 또 뵐게요.^-^

밤새 문닫히는소리때문에 못잠ㅜㅜ

호텔은 시설 정갈하고 좋았습니다. 다만 얼리체크인 안되고 4시에 들어갈수있어서 한시간정도 밖에 서성였는데 한겨울이라 추워서 차에서 기다림... 티비없습니다 영화보고 싶었는데 좀 아쉬웠음... 취사도 안되는데 주변에 시켜먹을대가 없어요ㅠ 참고로 밤에 한숨도 못잤어요 옆집 문이 바람때문에 밤새 쾅!쾅! 닫혀서 깜짝깜짝 놀랬어요 가서 닫아보려고 했지만 안에서만 잠굴수있어서 못닫음... 아침에 말씀드리니 이미 전에도 이런적이 있어서 문을 바꿀까 고민하고 계셨다는데 알고있으면서도 임시조치를 안해놓는건 문제가 있다고 생각합니다 진짜 밤새 그소리 들으면서 쪽잠잤어요...
