  • Silly name, with SERIOUS food! It's a relaxed atmosphere with a chef who appeared on Master Chef. The have a fantastic lunch and dinner menu however they only serve brunch on Fridays - Sundays and I can not say enough about my favorite brunch item on the menu. The Elk Hash (shown here) It alone is worth the trip to Tacoma! Order it with a fresh homemade biscuit.

We arrived at 10:40pm and couldn't check in at all. Nobody answered the door knocking or bell. We are waiting for a refund.

The owner was not able to honor the booking, but never communicated this to me until I arrived at the property. Expedia supported me and got me a hotel room but I spent an hour on the phone with them before it was resolved.

The room was okay for the price and the Host was quite nice and treated me kindly. My one complaint is the designated entrance for Airbnb guests needs better lighting and the wood handrails secured better. When I reached out to grab it to steady myself in the dim light I could didn't feel confident that it would hold me if I had started to fall.
