Great place and super convenient to highway and town! Staff were super helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the road noise was loud, the main road outside the hotel is very heavily trafficked, also the hospital next door doesn’t help. The staff was nice enough to give ear plugs in preparation though, which was great!

The room was updated and extremely clean, only issue I can write about is the road out front is noisy with cars and sirens from police or 1st responders. They do tell you this at front desk and offer ear plugs . The staff was very nice

The old caulk in the bathroom needed to be removed. It was just jelly that could be scraped off with your finger nail. The bathtub filled with water as you shower. The body wash was pulled off the wall. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The traffic noise was very very loud. Fire engines and police. It sounded like a drag race at one point. The staff was very nice and nice amount of parking. The bed was comfortable.

Great little place for a respite. Nice location, friendly staff. The only complaint is that I could not figure out how to make the TV stop announcing the volume level when I raised or lowered it. Pretty insignificant. I'll stay here next trip to Puyallup.

The room was pretty clean. Check in was easy and the location is close to a hospital and the fairgrounds. The room was stinky and this is a loud motel with trFfic and lots of sirens because the hospital is close. For the price, the accommodation was okay.

This was an OKAY hotel stay. The property is definitely in disrepair though. A piece of furniture in our room was visibly broken and “repaired” with painters tape. It repeatedly fell off the piece of furniture revealing what appeared to be black mold underneath. Which was quite alarming once we realized. But it was our last night and late in the evening. We decided to just get through it and get out. There are not many extra amenities. I would not stay here again. It was definitely NOT worth the money. Sorry in advance to the staff. They were all quite nice. But whoever is running this hotel needs to, kindly, get it together.

The updated WiFi works great! I have a kitchenette unit, it is very spacious, and very easy to use appliances. The bed and pillow are heavenly, and this is a huge must for me as I suffer from neck and back issues. The staff are all very accommodating and friendly. I will say, if you don’t like the sound of sirens, this wouldn’t work for you, as there are plenty, due to being right next to the local hospital.
