Clean room and friendly staff. They did hold another charge on my card even though I had already paid for the room via this website. Overall good experience. The hotel location however is a little bit ghetto. So don't leave anything in your car.

Breakfast lady Glenn's was by far one of the best 2 days ago she was washing down chairs. For 2 days I suggested the staff to vacuum the luggage hauler as t b ey had grass and other debris all over them. Front desk people were acceptable but not noteworthy. Except for l ast night after midnight lady. Parking spaces too thin for modern day size vehicles. Steps outside should have a yellow stripe added to the curb and the cornerbedge of the stairs. 311 toilet continously ran. One positive. Although one of the dryers did not work, I was glad that the midnight relaid the message to the day crew who reimbursed me. But staying up until 2 am was not fun having to dry 4 loads in one dryer.

The staff weren't unkind or overly friendly. Our room was clean and the interior was clean. The free breakfast was a huge perk and the parking lot appeared to have plenty of cameras. The location is terrible though and there is a reason for the cameras and locked public restrooms in the lobby. I would not feel safe walking around outside the property with my family, a lot of homeless individuals in the area. You can tell the property management is making great efforts to make it a good place to stay. Overall, it was a good experience but won't be back.
