This was truly one of the best stays I’ve had recently. Now I was in town vehicle shopping and was only staying over for some much needed R&R. All I can say is I stayed on the 6th floor facing the parking garage. It was so quiet!! My bed was so comfortable..my husband and I had a wonderful (and strong 😏) huckleberry lemon drop in their nice clean bar by the entrance and the bartender waitress was so nice and attentive. We ubered to the casino (though I wish I would have tried the short ribs at the hotel) which was close and came back for the most sound comfortable needed night of rest. This was also 1/3 of the price of the casino. I’m a nurse and if I pick up shifts in Tacoma I’ll definitely be staying here again hands down.

After the recent remodel, this is a great, affordable option. The on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. They did a great job updated this property and is now my go to hotel with an awesome location as well being close to bars and restaurants.

For the price of the room for one night, I would expect a couple of water bottles thrown in instead of $3 per bottle! Come on man… Other than the unhelpful amenities, the room was clean and spacious. Very nice room. Seriously, throw a couple water bottles in.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of all sorts of food options. There was also an onsite restaurant. One small negative was that Expedias site said there was free secure onsite parking, the secure parking cost $20 a night. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The value of the Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma Downtown was phenomenal. The two queen room was spacious, there were multiple places to sit aside from the beds, and the room in general (bathroom as well) did not feel cramped. There were plenty of area attractions nearby within walking distance, and the self parking fee was very reasonable.
