Very clean, new and updated. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating with anything we asked. one staff member went to get us a bottle of bear spray left by a previous guest, which we plan to pay forward (leave it for someone else), before we go home. So thoughtful! I would absolutely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Nice hotel for a night on a roadtrip. Sarah at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! Room was large and the kitchenette was modern, clean, and nice to have. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but enough choices for everyone and the seating area was great. We brought our bathing suits, but the (indoor) pool was freezing so we never got in, nothing fancy sure of that’s a regular thing or if there was a heating issue.

I called to add an extra night and was told that I would get the same rate. When I arrived I was told I had to pay $50 more for that extra night. The room I had the first night was right above front desk. I could hear the automatic doors open/close late into the night and early in the morning. Second night I was out into a different room. It was nice except when I came back to my room at 11pm my door wouldn’t open. The lady at the front desk was so kind and she was able to get another co worker to come up to help open the door. Maintenance showed up the next morning to fix it. I didn’t love paying extra or the room above front desk. Otherwise the staff was great.
