Privacy They don't tell anyone who comes to the property you are there keeping you safe from harm..the staff is excellent..the customer service is excellent..the maids are excellent friendly and care about the property and rooms..The Hotel manager responded quicky..to a urgent room situation..it is a excellent place for families. Very nice staff and room service..if you are coming from out of town with your family or o. Tour or business this is a good place to stay

Everything in the gym was broken except the weights. The hot tub was completely out of service. Breakfast was ok. Not enough regular waffle mix for everyone. Strawberry flavored waffles only. Not the best part of town. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the stay here because the businesses around this area! Cafes/food, grocery stores, shopping, gas, etc. All very convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few things I noticed that were a bit damaged. Like a doorknob in the bathroom and the wood under the mini fridge. But overall, it was clean and cozy.

We were in an older room at first. It smelled like someone peed in heat/ air register. We told the front desk. They immediately moved us to newer room.. same size...very clean. Staff was kind and helpful from arrival to departure. Pool was cold.

One elevator was not working and the one elevator that was working felt like the cables could break at any moment. When we went down for breakfast at 830 there wasn't any food available other than toast. The room was clean and comfortable though!

I loved the staff. They were always there to help with anything we needed. This hotel is located in a wonderful spot. There are a lot of places to shop and if you don’t want to drive, you can go to the transit center which is less than a mile away and catch a train or bus. Our time there was wonderful and I can’t express my gratitude enough.

Conveniently located; close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment options. Our morning showers were cold the first morning, we were on the second floor. The cleaning product used was over powering upon entry to the room yet many hairs were missed. The most bothersome was the one in the fridge. The light switches on the lamps were difficult to find but that could have just been me. Unfortunately, the second elevator was down but the wait wasn't that long just with the one. The hot tub was also down which was a major bummer since we were in town for a softball tournament. The parking spaces were small but there seemed to be enough for everyone. Parking in the back also. The breakfast was good and the time available was sufficient.

This property has very noisy rooms. Had to be moved. 1of2 elevators didn’t work. Pool was out of order. TV in second room had no noise to it. Staff at pm checkin had resorts no name tags . Don’t stay here too many better options.
