Excellent property, clean, modern, very spacious room. Professional staff. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room has a great view to Fuji! Only a short walk to Tachikawa station. The room was spacious and perfect for a family trip. The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again.

Loved the beautifully appointed pet-friendly suite. It was perfect in every way - clean, well designed, well appointed, great views of the park. Perfect. The only surprise was the need to make an extra payment to use the pool, even if you are a guest of the hotel. Given how much we pay for the room, it seemed strange to have to pay to use the pool.

This property opened after the pandemic and we have stayed twice. It is a new hotel so it is fresh and very stylish. The staff is very accommodating and although English is a second language (as it should be) each staff member goes out of his/her way to take care of your needs.
