The room was spacious and perfect for a family trip. The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Late check out at 12 o’clock was fantastic, the pool and spa facilities are phenomenal. The city was very vibrant and modern. Would love to go back again one-day!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay here. The hotel and surroundings are exceptionally beautiful and well designed. The view from the room and balcony towards the park is spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about each and every one of the service staff, especially the front desk manager/asst director, who went out of his way to help us with advice and restaurants reservations etc. And just about everything we ate at Tachikawa was delicious. Thank you for the happy memories, Sorano Hotel.

A lovely, relaxing environment with friendly staff. The infinity pool and view are incredible. The only downside is the age restrictions on the pool: under 16s are prohibited after 6.

Everything is fine, especially the bed (little sensation when partner or child moved). Besides, tea could be taken out in reusable bottle to your room before checking out without charge. The location is near station and there is Afuri Ramen and supermarket near around. Full of convenience.

I may have given this property all excellent if it wasn’t for some service points that seemed quite inflexible and rigid. Quite good if you don’t expect service over and beyond the norm. Location is good if you are walking but a little difficult if driving as entrance is on a one way street. All in all good comfortable stay with large modern rooms.

Excellent property, clean, modern, very spacious room. Professional staff. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room has a great view to Fuji! Only a short walk to Tachikawa station. This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely stay at Sorano next time we visit Tokyo again!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The hospitality was amazing. The only thing is that if you have tattoos, you’re not able to go into the pool unless you wear a cover up provided by the hotel, which is similar to a wet suit.

1歳の子供と3人で宿泊しました。ベビーベッドも借りれてとても快適にすごせました。また機会あったら宿泊したいと思います。 ひとつ気になったのは駐車場が一泊2600円でした。お高め？と思いましたが、それはいいのですが、チェックアウトして少し観光したいから停めたままにしたいと言ったら１時間だけになります。隣のエリアの一般エリアでしたら時間関係なく停められるということでした。 それなりの金額を支払って宿泊、駐車したのでもう少し停められたらなと思いました。 あとはとても満足です。
