“These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

“I really enjoyed my stay here; The room and staff itself were amazing and also upgraded my room and catered to all my needs:) The only thing is that it's a bit further from the main area so you have to do a bit more walking but overall really nice”

“This was my first visit to KK (and Asia!) and what a welcome the staff at CJ Residence provided. Given their location in the heart of downtown amidst the hustle and bustle, a first time visitor might have troubles finding the Residence. “Great stay! Clean, modern room and a good location.”

“Very nice room. Excellent breakfast one of the best we've ever had in a hotel”

“The hotel is very nice! It looks very new and it is very clean. The suite is amazing. The views from the gym are also great. Food is pretty good”

“Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.”

“Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities”

“Good hotel ”

“Très bon hôtel. Très propre et calme. Personnel très accueillant.”

“Very comfy room.. good parking facilities..”
