“Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity.
The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.”

“The location is very good and convenient, especially with easy access to nearby facilities and the shopping mall.
However, the cleanliness of the room and the condition of some room facilities could be improved. More attention to housekeeping, maintenance, and ensuring all room facilities are in good working condition would make the stay more comfortable.
Overall, the location is a strong point, but improvements in cleanliness and room facilities would enhance the guest experience.”
