I was visiting Miami on business. I had never stayed in Sunny Isles. The Sunny embodied the attributes of impeccable customer service, hospitality, and amenities. Highly recommend to all visitors to their area. You will not be disappointed.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The hotel was 10/10 and the staff were absolutely amazing. I think this hotel may have given my pet the best welcome a hotel could give a dog. I almost got jealous, but of course the happy hour made up for it. Great hospitality, Kimpton!
