Vacations Close To THE HIVE SPORTS BAR AND GRILL

Older hotel. It's been a few long years since they remodeled. That said it was a decent room in a decent area with a comfortable bed at a reasonable price. And the staff was great.

All good thanks

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. First, we were charged separately for parking, which was an additional unexpected expense. The building itself is also quite old and clearly needs better maintenance. After checking into our room, we found the toilet very dirty and had to ask the hotel staff to clean the bathroom again. Unfortunately, there was no telephone in the room, so we couldn’t simply call the front desk. We had to go downstairs and find someone in person whenever we needed assistance, which was very inconvenient. We also asked for a dental kit, but the staff told us they didn’t have one and seemed genuinely surprised by the request, as if they had never heard of a dental kit before. For a hotel, this was quite unusual. During our three-night stay, housekeeping did make the bed and tidy the room, but the bathroom was never properly cleaned. The shower and bathroom were left without cleaning throughout our stay, which was particularly disappointing after we had already experienced cleanliness issues upon arrival. The only real positive point for us was the location. The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios Hollywood, which made getting there very easy.

Nice, clean room. Lady in the front was nice and helpful :)
