Clean comfortable stay only couldn't accommodate a room closer to the elevator

The door to the eating establishment or the bar attached was not marked well. exterior entrances were easier to access instead of though the lobby. The staff stated "to go to the end of the hallway" and there were 2 doors without markers indicating the bar or the restaurant was in this direction. toilet was new but did make running sounds all night even after having someone look at it shortly after check in. The door to the bathroom needed to remain closed to avoid the sound. the bathroom door also stuck and required force to open and close. The entrance to the room had door handwear loose and missing a screw. this was corrected shortly after reporting it. staff were busy and one guy seemed overwhelmed but remained calm. He was not able to assist the patron he was serving but he did listen to the issue and let the patron vent his concerns about booking issues.

We love this place always so clean and a good environment will be back soon !!

The carpets and furniture are filthy, when we checked in our room was dirty toilet wasn't flushed, so they sent us to another room that was much the same, filthy carpets, furniture the rest was good. When we got to our first room there was a water leak in the hallway which ok we didnt think much about and thought they will have a plumber or maintenance guy come fix the issue. We'll we woke up in the am and there was not water they had shut it off so we couldn't wash shower or make coffee, so we go downstairs for breakfast and there was very limited selection cause the water was turned off, When we checked in they could have informed us of this situation and atleast let us cancel and book somewhere else.

Keep searching, don’t stay here. I am writing this as a parent who came here to enjoy the theme room and waterslides with my children. Did not feel safe nor clean. Saskatoon’s finest compromised the bulk of guests. Pool was murky and had a completely out of control atmosphere (think 10 children to 1 adult ratio). The place smelt of mold, especially strong when passing the ice machine room. Hallway floor was beyond dirty. Bedsheets felt grimy. At checkout, we stood beside another guest had a live insect in their room (rhymes with broach). Photos in ad were all adjusted to maximize brightness and did not accurately represent the accommodations. Could not pay me to return.
