Vacations Close To T Bar Express

Great location ,bed was comfortable staff friendly , very quait in the building restaurants are great only thing no parking available on site and no elevator you have to walk up steps to your room.

The staff was excellent I appreciated help with coffee/tea late at night, friendly front desk and doormen.

!

Great location. Less than a 5 minute walk from the T. Nearby walk to the common. Amazing food in Chinatown open late hours. Spacious apartment. The only thing I will say, the fitted sheet in the pullout couch was disgusting. Noticed this at 9pm when I pulled it out to go to bed and called front desk. They stated they leave at 5 and to call tomorrow. There was nothing they could do which is frustrating. Also, if you book with Expedia, the global company will NOT allow you to check in early even if you try to pay. So do with that what you will. Otherwise, had everything we needed.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Well appointed and the bed and pillows were very comfy. The front desk staff were all fantastic, friendly and didn’t call me by name but clearly remembered who I was. That’s always a nice touch. Some cons? Parking. They have a deal with the Gov’t Center garage which is a 5 minute walk, crossing several busy streets. However, there is a parking garage right outside their in-house restaurant door. Admittedly, I don’t know anything about that garage - size, condition, ownership, etc. but it would be much more convenient. Also, my room didn’t have washcloths. I mentioned that to some friends I was there visiting and their room didn’t either. So, bring your own or a bath scrunchy because they have a wall-mounted unit with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Finally, you’re near some busy streets as I mentioned. Traffic noise and police sirens were very evident on the third floor. Still, a great place and I would consider returning to The Boxer.
