We had a few issues with the room but these were resolved effectively by the two receptionists who delivered the highest standards of customer service under a lot of pressure from the demands of a full hotel in the midst of peak holiday season. They deserve recognition from the management for their efforts and going over and above in helping guests.

Unprofessional staff at the reception desk with a very rude attitude and totally unacceptable responses to customers. They make their hotel management issues your problem. Other than that, the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast staff is welcoming and friendly. If they fixed the reception issues, this hotel could easily be a 5-star reference for any tourist.

Staff very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices and was well stocked throughout the breakfast period (i.e. all choices available even towards the end). Coffee and tea options were varried. The room was clean and well kept, housekeeping came every two days to empty bins. Our family of 4 were well accomodated in the room.

Kérjük a reggeli szolgáltatását megújítani!

Bocsánat, de borzasztó volt a reggeli. A sonka felvágott állott volt és fura szagú, a gyümölcs kis poharakban possadt. Inkább zsemlét és lekvárt kellett volna választanom, annak nem volt baja. Amúgy mindenki kedves volt és a szoba is kényelmes. Ezen a reggeliző szolgáltatásukon kellene változtatniuk, akkor 5 csillagot adnék, de ez a reggeli mindkét nap nagyon lehúzta a szinvonalat.
