I would come to Vegas again just for this hotel. The only complaint is to call and get help is impossible!! AI bot they use is not very helpful, ask to talk to a person and you’ll be on hold for an hour. Hotel is beautiful and clean, never need to leave the grounds.

While its a little dated, the property was nice to stay in, the rooms are spacious. Everyone is polite, the bartenders were great, especially Tom at Xtra and Sam at the sports bar. We had a great stay, most of my group of 14 ppl stayed there. Earl's sandwhich stop is good, the coffee is one of the cheapest there, $3.99

excellent service. Fun and energetic environment. Great restaurant choices. Views everywhere are excellent.

Impossible to check in and out no one to help

Great registration assistant. Walls too thin...too loud in the hallways. Room did not have a refrigerator but our friends room did.

The room was overall cleaned. I had requested for housekeeping daily but that never happened. I was there for 5 days 4 nights for a work conference, and it sucked that the rooms didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator. They were quick to bring me up extra blankets though so that was nice, the room got very cold at night.
