Staff was very nice and helpful. From the nice man shoveling snow to the front desk girl to the energetic man at breakfast that made everyone feel happy to the young lady that shuttled us yo the airport. The hotel is very inviting and has a neat look. I love the different seating styles and pods to sit in. I LOVED the Not Soap lemon and sugar. I will be ordering some! Very clean I notice small details and you guys have it! I will definitely be back and tell othets! Thank you!

I was glad I chose this hotel. I was midway through a long road trip when a snow storm started. I had never stayed at a Tru hotel, but now that I have, I look forward to doing it again. Check-in was slow. The building had 3 floors and my trip up to 3rd floor was quick on the elevator. The room was nice. The TV said “Welcome” and my name. That was a nice touch. Bathroom wasn’t cramped and I slept well in the comfy bed.

The rooms were spotless and fresh ! The hotel itself smelled fresh when you enter the hotel lobby ! Which is important. The Hotel clerk for check in were , kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable regarding the area and restaurants along with entertainment! The Hotel staff was attentive towards all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent very clean set up and replenished the food frequently without asking ! Great selection! Spacious rooms, and lobby with game room which was a plus for family oriented trips! The rooms are fairly sizable and clean and great soap that smell amazing in your room ! I would recommend this hotel and stay here again !
