Great quick overnight stay after 10 hr day at the state fair. The room was very spacious, beds were super comfy and the fluffy sheets and top comforter were like sinking into a cloud! Didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean and a nice size. I would highly recommend staying here. I certainly will!

Don't let the out-of-way location of this hotel deter you from staying here! It's a great hotel, with great staff, and a good breakfast. A new hotel with plenty of parking and convenient to the interstate. The bed was comfortable (and the pillowcases were marked as "firm" and "soft," which was great), the room was clean, and everyone was very friendly.

We were allowed into our room at 2:30. It was clean and comfortable. Ample parking and the pool was nice. Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. We will definitely stay here again!

The check in after a long day was short and sweet. We were hangry but wanted to check in before we went to eat. The staff had fresh grilled hot dogs, chicken breast's, macaroni salad and corn available for us to eat on property rather than drive somewhere. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this HI Express!

My family has stayed at this hotel 4 times over the past 6 years for the NYS Fair. This hotel always looked new, and yet last year they renovated it and its spectacular. Here's my reasons for repetitively using this hotel: 1. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the fairgrounds via 2 easy-to-navigate roadways. 2. It is reasonably priced. 3. Has an indoor pool that's always clean and well-maintained. 4. The rooms and very nice and always clean. 5. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding. Many, many options based on your likes. 6. The staff. I can't say enough good things about the staff. ALWAYS friendly and helpful, attentive, and professional in their customer service. Whether you're travelling for work or pleasure, alone or with a family, this is a really good, very dependable hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Katelyn greeted me at check-in and was more than helpful as my nerves were frazzled from finding this remotely located site. You need better signage!! Despite reconstruction ongoing at second floor, clean-up was also ongoing. Breakfast was tasty, offered nice and vast variety beyond your signature cinnamon rolls. All personnel were helpful and friendly.
