Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel, good amenities as described. Clean, spacious room with a tremendous ocean view! Very safe and centrally located. A/C worked well, room was nice and cool. The bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ortigia.

I had a great week's stay here (July 2026). All the lstaff were both gracious and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were clean and functional ; the room allocated had a sea facing balcony and so had a great view also. Would go back.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Located central in the historic part of the city. Parking is about $20.00 euros a day but they valet your car and bring it back to you when you’re leaving. Which was Great

I was welcomed so warmly. Great staff who went out of their way to make it a great stay. The room was a bit old, the shower was a bit unusual, but it was very charming and the view out over the water was amazing! Close to everything but also off to the side to be quiet enough. Wonderful location in Ortigia. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the sea. We could hear the waves at night. Be aware that there is no elevator; reception is one flight of stairs above the street and rooms above that. The staff helped us bring our luggage upstairs, however. There is no parking at the hotel. The public lot is about 500 meters away and it’s €25 a day.
