Second time staying here. It’s so clean with high end shower products, comfortable rooms, the rooftop is perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. Not even 5 minutes from the harbour.

The room was nice and the bathroom, in particular, felt modern. Great roof terrace with lovely views and felt very relaxing up there. Great location in Symi Town - only a minute or so walk and you’re at the harbour - wonderful. Staff nice and good communication. Would try to get a room with a balcony though next time. Would certainly consider returning if back in Symi.

Booked room 6 in this place based on the pictures on hotels.com that showed a balcony. Turned up to a room with no balcony … as we were booked in for 12 nights and it was over 30 degrees C this was unacceptable. Wonderful local agent Symi Hols sorted us out with a different place. Beware inaccurate pics only rooms 7 & 8 have balconies.

Great Location Friendly hosts

Host were very friendly . Telephoned us when ferry arrived and Met us on water front and escorted us to the accommodation. Room was clean and bright, located 10 mt to the waterfront. Allwoed us to leave luggage the next day.

Nice accommodations.

I thought the hotel was centrally located near main area. Not many stairs. Only difficulty was letting them know you are there sob that they can open for you because staff is not always there which was a bit confusing. Very clean.

Expensive under these conditions

Very good location, warm welcoming but nothing more. Rooms are not very clean, there was a very bad toilet smell in my room. And building was full of cigarette smoke! Very disturbing. Expensive for this stay.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Symi

This is a lovely apartment hotel right in the heart of Symi. We had a great time overall but a bit of a nightmarish experience checking in, as no one was around to meet us at the door and we ended up having to carry our heavy suitcase around trying to find somewhere we could use a phone. Overall, I'd recommend these apartments but would urge you to confirm your arrival time with the manager in advance!

Sofia ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo con molta professionalità. L'appartamento è in un immobile rinnovato di recente poco distante dal centro e dal porto dove giornalmente si possono prenotare escursioni. Giornalmente vengono effettuate pulizie accurate. Tutto attorno una miriade di ristorantini, ne abbiamo provati di diversi tutti con ottima qualità. Simy non è un posto per tutte le tasche ma ne vale la pena.
