Vacations Close To Sylvester Bruten Park

Solicitamos una habitación king y nos dieron dos camas el hotel es lindo pero esa no fue agradable experiencia

Clean rooms. Nice staff and restaurant

Todo perfecto

Great stay for me and my group of five! We will be back in December. Thanks

Great hotel, very clean, great service, friendly staff. Loved water taxi to universal city walk.

This resort was fantastic for our family needs. The shuttles to the park were convenient, fairly quick and an easy way to visit everything. The cafeteria style dining was hotel priced, so a little expensive, but for the convenience of moving that many people through breakfast or being able to take food and run, it was great. The staff during check in were great. They spelled my daughter's name wrong on her key card, and they were kind enough to get her a second card with it spelled correctly and a design that she got to choose. The pool was large. Very shallow all the way around, and lots of inflatables and beach toys to share. The bonus of have early access to the parks was huge. We took advantage of that everyday and got to ride everything we wanted to before the park filled. Would happily stay at the resort again if we return to visit Universal in the future.

I want to start this review off by saying this is my second time staying at this hotel, the experience that I had this time was horrible, service wise. Every member of the staff was rude other than one young man with the valet and one woman on the 18th floor that was able to help me when I was checking out. When we arrived to check in the lady at the reception desk did not greet us, and seemed extremely annoyed that she even had to speak to guests, and made our arrival/check in feel like an inconvenience to her. I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times because she was essentially whispering, I asked if there’s any toothbrushes and she said no you’ll have to go to the 18th floor if you want anything instead of offering to have someone bring some up for us. I also had an older gentleman when we were checking out at the valet question me about my car being my car and then sat there and watched me as I loaded my own luggage before he took one piece of luggage and placed it in the trunk directly in front of where I was clearly trying to put a suitcase and he made the whole interaction awkward. I called guest services to see if there was any way that we could order food, they explained to me that I’d have to go on the AC Sky bar website and do a mobile order…There’s absolutely nowhere on the website or the Marriott Bonvoy app to order from the Sky bar. Clearly a training issue. Room wasclean and tidy as they should be. I will most likely not be returning to this location.
