We received a very friendly welcome from Dylan at the front desk, who was very helpful. Our room/loft was very comfortable clean spacious, great views. The Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. Received a lovely welcome gift in room. Continental breakfast was enjoyable, was all that you needed. Please contact the hotel in advance if coming in late and you need a parking spot, they have been understaffed so you need to get instructions for late check in. Convenient for the ferry and great view form the room. The bar downstairs closes early so it's not loud and we were able to get a bottle of wine to drink. The food in the breakfast space is ok not really that great for the price, but that could be just the time of year. We have to go back to Sydney again and really want to stay there.

From the time we walked into reception until the time we checked out the staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful with comfort and quiet. Options of restaurants were no shortage. Water views only steps away.
