Clean room, great location to stay with a pool and gym space included (was difficult to find in the hotel itself). Staff were usually very helpful but I do have an awkward encounter asking to refill water which the receptionist made it sound like it was a big effort to do this, but I would give them benefit of the doubt as it was New Year’s Eve and I’m sure they were very stressed and busy (this was my first time in Australia and found out shortly afterwards there was a water fountain outside the hotel and there are lots of water fountains throughout Sydney which I was unaware of at the time)

Was a convenient location for getting into the city and for working in and around North Sydney. Only downside was their lifts werent working so you had to carry your bags up the stairs one level to get to reception. They did have a lift from reception to rooms working. Otherwise rooms were comfortable, clean and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. Right above eateries, a Metro Woolies and the metro, meant it was well positioned and close to my conference. A truly first world problem was the subdued lighting in the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.
