I had a lovely stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast had lots to choose from and was delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. In fact the morning person printed off 15 copies of a 4 page document and did not charge me!! I have stayed here before and will stay the next time I am in Sydney

Staff was amazingly helpful! Our first assigned room was not done being made, they transferred us to a different one. The bathroom lightbulb was out.. but again even in late at night, the gentleman at the reception helped and got the bulb changed! Breakfast was really good! The ladies in charge there were lovely hosts!

The suite we stayed in was clean and super comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our kids loved the pool and game room. Breakfast was yummy, hot and included. Overall we had a great time away with the kiddos.

The beds were comfortable, however the carpets were very stained and there was garbage left behind from previous occupants. There was drink spilt and set in on the walls and the 2 of the 4 towels smelled terribly like they were not exchanged in a while. The staff were great and offered to change the room but for what we needed it for we kept it anyway. There was no notice the pool and fitness centre were closed. They appear to be trying to update the hotel. Breakfast was fine. For the price it was ok!

We had a suite, it was very fairly priced, great to have the beds in one side and living space on the other… full kitchen and 2 bathrooms was very nice. The staff we incredibly friendly… like being welcomed by old friends.,, and they met every request quickly and with a smile … if I ever travel this way again I will definitely choose the Travelodge again

Property is under major renovations. Carpet is being torn out and replaced. Construction Garbage was found everywhere and many areas roped off leaving it hard to navigate hallways. No elevator access and furniture piled in shared areas. It also took a while for hot water when taking a shower. Room and bed was clean otherwise.

Yes, the property is dated, but clean. Stuff is friendly and there’s selection of items to choose from for complimentary breakfast. I liked the Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash and soap, but we were 3 people (2 adults and 8 year old) and we had just one of a kind and those bottles are small. We were staying 1 nights, so it wasn’t much of a problem and we could have asked for more I guess, but seemed not enough. I like that they have pool, hot tub and sauna. They also have gym. Overall I am happy with our stay and would recommend staying here.
