Great little spot in the centre of Haymarket. Extremely convenient to get places, and a very reasonable price too! Staff were brilliant. My only mild gripe was the noise from inside the building, I think it needs a wee bit more soundproofing.

Busy area but a great buzz. Really central with great local transport links minutes away. Great base to explore Sydney if you don't want to splash out on high end hotel. Single room small but suited me fine for 3 nights. Lift was being refurbished. Young staff excellent

Soundproofing was a little bad at times with people slamming doors (obviously not the hotels fault) and the karaoke next door was quite loud on the weekend but all in all it was a lovely hotel with extremely kind staff!

Overall, a pleasant place to stay: helpful and obliging staff, both reception and cleaning. Had to ask for bowls and spoons so we could have our muesli for breakfast; didn’t want to buy breakfast as well as lunch and dinner for 9 days! Maintenance issues (television and bath tap) attended to promptly. Renovation noise didn’t bother us; we were out and about most of the time. Thank you Des and Sue
