The hotel is in a great location in the CBD. The rooms are on the small side, but I suppose that is to be expected for the location. Staff was great, allowed us to check in slightly early, which was great following 20 plus hours of flying.

Great location, small hotel. My room key inexplicably stopped working and this happened to a couple of other guests. Easily fixable. The room was very quiet at night despite being very close to a busy area.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff did not have much knowledge of the area and weren’t that concerned about getting information for us. No laundry and could hear the noise from the bar next door at night.

Very well located for everything Sydney has to offer. Short walk to circular quay. Breakfast was always good and well stocked. One of the better buffet breakfasts we have had in our trip. Staff were always helpful. Hotel was quiet, though on one night there was a bar opposite playing loud music. But it wasn’t too late. Would definitely return to this hotel.
