Nice big room. Staff was really nice and helpfull on site. We get there an hour early and they colleceted our bags and sent us a sms when the room was ready. Plenty of places to eat at the hotel and food service is resonably priced.

Room was good. Good location. Booked online. Wouldn’t have stayed if I had realised it was the Casino - you don’t have to go obviously but not really my thing - plenty of other places to book around same price. Reception took quite a while to check guests in which was a let down on arrival. Staff were helpful and brought a microwave up for me as room didn’t have one.

Star suite is very good, big, the bath is huge. We enjoyed the big tv and the breakfast was very good. Grace at the reception was very helpful. The place is good, dinner at cuccina porto delicious and icecreams next door very good too. The pool was ok, jacuzzis not that clean though, dirty tiles and scum feeling. We definitely come back.

Beds were really comfy. Blackout curtains in the rooms. Pool is outdoor but with some shade and it’s heated. Two spas as well, one really large one and one small undercover one. We stayed here to be close to the Lyric theatre which is inside the building. Parking was easy too. Would definitely stay again.

The staff went above & beyond to make our stay memorable. We received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing! Close to light rail, walking distance to Darling Harbour. The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection. We are looking forward to our next visit.
