Quay West has the most fantastic views and was a very comfortable stay. However, a few items were a little dated and needed some maintenance work such as the taps (some did not work) and the dish washer. Overall however it is a great place to stay.

Great place for a longer stay since there is a kitchenette and in- room Laundry unit. Staff are helpful and pleasant, shared areas in hotel are beautiful. Room was a little tired in places but serviced daily, had a mini bar, and was very comfortable. You won't be cooking full meals from scratch with the supplied equipment but it's perfectly good for warming soup, making sandwiches, cooking pasta with a jar of sauce or serving up some takeaway. Excellent location for all the major tourist attractions and there's a great 24 hour diner 10 minutes walk away. Would stay here again.

The area is quiet and easy entry.Beautiful lounge and dinning areas, family loved the pool also.Staff are friendly and helpful.Our room was wonderful big comfortable clean the kitchen and Laundry was a big asset too.The view was perfect of Sydney Harbour. Highly recommended.5 stars

Great view!

Picked the hotel because the view & it did not disappoint! The hotel is a bit tired though & cleanliness could be improved. Frontdesk staff were a bit sterile although had a friendly & helpful concierge guy during our quick stay.
