Staff were phenomenal. Great location, steps away from Circular Quay, the Opera House, and the Botanical Gardens. Very convenient for shopping or sightseeing. The only drawback is that the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30 am, so no morning room service for coffee. The in-room coffee is instant.
