Staff were excellent, very clean room and linen. A little noisy (but then again, it is the Cross!). The shower recess a little restrictive, but again, a very good price rate for the night’s accommodation.

I had an overall great experience; the customer service was excellent, the owners were friendly, and the rooms were clean and well designed. The location was close to Kings Cross station as well, so traveling to the city was convenient.

Staff was kind & location was convenient. Rooms were small & bare bones. Sink did not have hot water, turning to hot resulted in no water flow. Bathroom is essentially a wet room despite their effort to use a shower curtain. You must be able to navigate stairs as there is no elevator. Early check-in is a luggage hold of the room is not ready which is helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Great value for money! Easy walking distance to all of the main sights in Sydney and located near a number of delicious cafes and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured we had a nice comfortable stay.

Great stay. My code to obtain the room keycard wasn't working but the after hours phone number was answered promptly and and the issue was resolved. The only problem was that the air-conditioning unit was not working properly.

Thanx Frank for promptly attending to my aircon when it was too cold. And for the late check out. Great staff and also for helping me downstairs with my bag. The only issue I had was booking a room with no open window. Otherwise the room was great.

The location was handy for me, I did like the graffiti decorations of the hallways. It was also pretty quiet considering the location. But.. there was no spare blanket (and I don't like sleeping with the air con on) and there was so much dust on the kettle, fridge, spoons, cups shelves and between the doors. Mades me wonder how well they clean! The grout in the shower had a fair bit of mould!
