Great facilities but getting tired!

Apartment and building getting a bit old, needs tidying up and hot. Aircon in main room cooled room down but not bedrooms which were 25/26 each night. Great having swimming pool on roof with tennis court, BBQ’s sauna and gym equipment. Great location.

Great Apartment, Service Challenging

Although the space was great, getting into it initially was a challenge because I was not shown how to enter the safe parking facilities. Then I needed to know how to work the lift with the security fobs. I had to search the Internet to work the clothes washing machine. I never got to use the DVD units. I stayed there for 25 days and the unit was very comfortable once I worked things out

Terrible Service By Apartment Agents

Multiple defect were reported but it took 4days for it to be fixed and not all was fixed. When a simple compensation of free housekeeping was requested, it wasn't even considered and immediately rejected. No further communication or support was given. Quality of service was absolutely unprofessional. I travel regularly to Sydney and stayed there before, but I'm never staying there again or having anything to do with the company called, Furnished Properties.
